A brand is a name. An identity. A look. A set of expectations. A set of beliefs. A logo. It's how you're identified and how you're set apart. It's the sum total of all the ways you're perceived.
If it's consistent, the public has a strong image of what you are and what you stand for. And if, it's not consistent, well, you get the picture - they don't.
Building a brand takes time, commitment and expertise. Our first step in the process of an identity change is to understand fully your organization, services and audiences. We review your existing materials for the overall brand identity and key messages you're currently using.
The next step is creating a brand statement. The brand statement will become the promise that you make to your audiences and will guide you in your future communication and marketing efforts.
A key element in a brand is your logo. It characterizes who you are and what you do. The challenge is to create a logo that distills your vision and mission into a graphic representation in an effective, lasting and memorable way.
But your image is not simply a logo. We'll work with you to create a color palette, style manual, stationery system, and options and guidelines for graphics and other media. Once your new identity is developed, we help you communicate this change to key audiences - both internal and external.
